StrogosTech

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 October 2026

This page explains what personal data StrogosTech handles when you visit strogostech.com or contact us, and what we do with it. The short version: very little, and nothing we don't need.

Who we are

StrogosTech is operated by Filipp Naumov, who is the controller of your personal data. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

The site has no contact forms, no tracking cookies, no advertising pixels and no newsletter.

Why we use it

We use your email only to reply to you and, if we work together, to run the project. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and, where relevant, taking steps to enter into a contract with you. We never sell your data or use it for marketing without asking.

How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept for as long as it's useful for the conversation or project, and for up to three years after our last contact, unless the law requires longer (for example, for invoicing records). Server logs are kept by our providers for a limited period, typically up to 30 days.

Who else processes it

We rely on a small number of providers to run the site and email: Cloudflare (network, DNS, email routing and anonymous analytics), Spaceship (hosting) and Google (email inbox). Some of them are located outside the European Economic Area; they operate under safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or send you a copy. Just email [email protected]. If you're in the EU or UK and think we've handled your data wrongly, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
